I called in with a problem and spoke to Quintin Barnard, What a pleasant young man, with politeness and the friendly tone in his voice, a well spoken professional with whom i would like to have to handle all my queries and calls every time i call into this office. He handled my call and query with such professionalism, i was actually taken aback because i was just on the phone earlier with another service provider and the poor telephone etiquette that was portrayed towards me as a client was actually appalling, i was highly frustrated and irate and upon hearing this young mans voice, he actually calmed me down.
