Great Service and Good Experience

<p>I was in an unfortunate situation recently where my kitchen caught alight due to fire. We currently have insurance with King Price and I had to call them to lodge a claim. I called them expecting that they would probably give me a hard time as i had claimed not so long ago. Also having previously heard stories of how insurance companies “take your money but when it comes to claiming they give you endless problems” – I really didn’t expect much.</p> <p>Nevertheless apprehensively, i called and spoke to a call center agent who to the contrary and to my surprise, was sympathetic and very polite. From there on the experience just got better, the manager who I also needed to speak to at some stage - did not shy away from my calls (imagine that). They have since approved my claim and gave me feedback and I was constantly kept up to date with the progress. How amazing and wonderful!</p> <p>The only downfall I suppose is the turn-around time for getting items replaced, but I suspect that this dependent on service provider delivery. Sadly, I am still without a stove and buying take out which is getting more expensive by the day. But things could definitely have been a lot worse and if looking at the proverbial “glass of full” – I am very happy with the overall outcome.</p> <p>Well done King Price! I am very pleased that we took out a policy with you and I will certainly be reviewing all of our other risk policies to see how I can support you further.
