Great Service and advise
Service by the legal agent Matthew was excellent. He took his time and calmed me over a stressed out situation of dealing with a third party claim from first for women insurance, where there legal team refused to assist me.Matthew listened to my query and gave advise and direction that was so helpful. He remained calm, which made me calm.
He is a keeper. Professional and deals with clients very well. For a legal department, i was very impressed.
