Great service from every member of the team. Asides from a week delay between registering the claim and when the damaged vehicle was assessed, the claim process was smooth and professional. Communication was frequent and holistic, with commitment to customer satisfaction being an obvious objective for every member of the King Price team. At this stage, our claim is "submitted for payment" so we are hopeful for similar expedience in the remaining steps in the process.
