Great Service

I registered a windscreen claim with King Price on the 19th November and was assisted by Ivan in the Claims department. His exceptional service, attitude and sense of humour was confirmation that I am with the correct Insurance company, especially when insurance is never a happy purchase. Yet such a necessary one! At the same time I was on the call with Ivan, I received an SMS confirming my Claim. The following day I received an SMS from the windscreen supplier to say that my glass had been ordered and they would be in touch with me shortly. <br> On the 1st December the service provider for my windscreen replacement (24Fix) arrived - also two super friendly guys. <br> Exceptional service, fabulous attitude, no problem too big. At this time of the year when everything seems to be too much effort, I was so impressed! It made my day that I had such a friendly assistant! <br> Thank you Ivan, King Price and everyone involved in this process!
