Great Service

I was contacted by King Price, consultant 1 spoke to me about the insurance, so i agreed to take the cover but i could not complete my details so I asked the consultant 1 to call me back after 1pm. Then consultant 2 called me insisting consultant 1 gave him my details and I need to complete the cover so i gave him all my info, he was very unprofessional and raced through my policy...anyways we completed everything. Then consultant 1 called me at 1pm, knowing nothing of consultant 2...at that time i was stressed...i asked consultant 1 to call me back to give me feedback of what happened but i got nothing back. When i received my policy documents...90% of what was stated there was incorrect, i was very disappointed and was thinking of cancelling...the sales consultant race through the pitch to close the deal not giving the customer good service. <br> <br> I phoned King Insurance on the 26.02.2015 to find out about my policy, i spoke to Ilene Beresford, she went through the entire policy, re assuring me of the benefits, she was very helpful and explained everything perfectly, SHE IS AN OUTSTANDING CONSULTANT...KING PRICE NEEDS MORE OF Ilene Beresford.
