GREAT SERVICE

My vehicle was written off on Sunday 9/11 and the 24 hour roadside assistance was there in a flash. They are on the panel of King Price, so I was very fortunate.. I phoned into King Price on the Monday and the telephone advice I got was great, although If I hadnt done the phoning, it would of dragged on for longer. The only problem I initially experienced is no one came back to me. I was then put through to Monique after being a bit upset and asking to speak to someone in charge. From there on I was treated like a Queen, which is their promise to the consumer, and my claim was handled professionally and quickly by her. Monique is an assett to King Price and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you Monique for giving me hope that there are still lovely people involved in the service industry.<br> Many thanks
