Was shocked to find out that my premium increased again. Searched for alternative insurance. To my surprise king price called me back to give me a better quote. Told Wendy that I'm unhappy with king price and she forwarded me to client services after she apologized. Andre Potgieter pickup the phone and immediately decreased my premium without me even explaining what I was upset about. Now that is quality service. He was friendly and understanding.
