I am very satisfied with service received from Simon Scott this morning, I was a very concerned client but that changed instantly, he was very friendly and professional and assured me that he will do his best in assisting me with my query. I had been a loyal client for 4 years and unfortunately had a claim due to an accident, causing my vehicle to be a write off, I knew my premium might increase but after a significant jump in the premium after the annual increase I voiced my concern.

Simon was able to review my policy and assist me by reducing my premium significantly. As a result of his assistance I will definitely be staying with King Price, it was a reality that I considered moving as I could not afford the increased premium, thankfully I don't have to worry about that anymore.
