My wife recently had a smash and grab incident and I logged a claim with King Price. Despite my initial hiccups with the glass replacement centre, I was fortunate to have dealt with Tougheeda. Not only did she pacify me with unhappy experiences of her fellow colleague, but deilvered on all her promises. She honoured on her promises to call, kept me in the loop of my claim by sending me a follow up email and maintained professional courtesy. She has done the work of her Team Leader or I should trust by now that she is one and the her company values her capabilities.
