My Premium went up (to be expected) but a 40% jump I could not accept. After a good 30 minute phone call And two operators Simon Scott reduced a R 900.00 Jump to only R 300.00
His service was great and He made me feel important.
Wish they could get same competency in the Road Side assistance department.
