I was shocked to receive a premium increase of 40%, I had to restrain myself from backflips like a ****** in the circus.

Out of frustration I ended up phoning another insurance company. Got quotes and was fully prepared to take the leap and depart from King Price.

Once requesting to cancel my policy I had a chat with Fani Khuve, the most understanding person I've ever met. I explained the situation to why I am leaving. We had a decent honest and open conversation and right before the end of the call I decided to stay.

Ultimately I figured I had been at a great insurance company for 4 years and I haven't had a single complaint that they could not sort out.

Thanks to Fani Khuve my premium is reasonable and my complaints are non existent.
