Great service

I have recently taken a car policy with KP and have been worried about this huge excess that I had to pay should the need arise to claim and have decided to give KP a call and came through their friendly consultant named Tsholo, in the middle of our conversation she picked up that I am paying a huge excess and offered a suitable option for me, or did i mentioned that she offered to phoned me back in 2 min of which she did, <br> <br> Its normally very easy to complain but I am still collecting myself so that I can be able to compliment with the same vigour used when complaining, in short keep the great service going guys, really appreciate it, KING PRICE!!!!
