Great response time in query

Signed up for insurance and requested scratch and dent but was not included on policy... phoned back to change commencement date of policy and Laurette informed me that I did not have scratch and date cover. So I told her to check voice recording of previous call and confirm that I did in fact select this cover. She phoned me back on the very same day to rectify error.
