Great job, professional and polite

There was a bug on the website but the call centre staff got thier teeth into it and everthing was fixed up. They were polite and downright friendly. Made sure to check and double check my information and any thing I needed to know. Shiraz Cassim was great, he quickly admitted there was a bug and got the team working to get it fixed. Overall I'm very pleased with my first experience in dealing with them.
