I had a pleasant experience with King Price, after a few frustrating months trying to update my policy information and get an updated policy document. The changes now finally effected has resulted in me paying a cheaper premium. Wish it was done months ago when i requested it to be done, but glad it finally has been done due to the Competent Assistance of two individuals.<br> <br> I contacted Kirstern Daniels who works is in RMD at King Price, who has absolutely nothing to do with policy updates, he walked to the correct department and got someone to assist me. He asked me to call him back at the end of the business day if i was not assisted. Brilliant attitude. <br> <br> I received a call from Alishia Govender who updated my policy information CORRECTLY and even gave me a call back after it was sent for a mangers referral to finalize the update and provide me with an updated policy document, and this done in under 10min.<br> <br> Its the first time i have experienced competent service after numerous encounters with consultants that were unable to help. <br> <br> Well done KIRSTEN DANIELS & ALISHIA GOVENDER<br> <br> KEEP UP THE BRILLIANT SERVICE.<br> <br> THANKS FOR THE ASSIST. <br>
