Great experience with KP

Gareth Van Der Westhuizen was a friendly, enthusiastic and patient guy. I requested a callback but when he called I didn't have my details on me but he waited on the line for a couple of minutes saying 'I am here to serve you, you are my customer' now that was unexpected but a great pleasure. After updating my details he checked to see if anything else was outdated/missing and something was missing. His reason for checking was 'If for the unfortunate reason you have to make a claim I just want to be sure everything is in order so that we don't have any issues'. Thanks Gareth this was exceptional service.
