Great Customer Skills

My mother referred Clive to me, as my car Insurance at that time had just doubled my monthly premiums because I had just from Cape Town to JHB (they insisted JHB is high risk and were not willing to lower the premiums). Clive called me and he warmly and professionally helped me through the process and quoted me. From our telephone conversation and the couple of e-mails we exchanged he seems to have great work ethics and excellent listening skills and he doesn't force you to take up extras you don't need as do other sales people.<br> <br> He quoted me half of what my previous Insurance was quoting me, and I can only hope that King Price's service with regards to my Insurance will match up to his customer service skills. <br> <br>
