Great Customer Service related to paying out claims.

Had a Tyre and Rim claim. Thought the process was going to take to long and decided to close the claim. Phoned through to close the claim and the Consultant Branden explained everything to me and tried to keep the claim open, in my experience its very uncommon for an insurance company to try and assist its customers to pay out claims as was my experience with my previous insurance company. I had no issues with them processing my claim. Went to king price three months ago and they defnitley have my loyalty.
