Great customer service, keep it up!
I just want to thank Yaseen Bhoolia for his excellent customer service. I am an F&I & called in to amend a mutual customer's policy 5 min prior to speaking to Yaseen & the guy was rude & pretended he could not hear me & cut the call because he did not want to help me. I know that they can call customers to amend policies while the dealer is on the line & Yaseen did exactly that!!! Keep up the great work my ou!
