Great Customer Service Experience !

I would like to praise King Price Insurance for their excellent customer service. I called in on the 12 January 2018 to review my current comprehensive vehicle insurance policy premiums. I spoke with Gareth Van Der Westhuizen, a service consultant who was filled with enthusiasm, respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful. He immediately identified that I was due a multiple vehicle discount based on my profile and number of years with King Price. In two minutes he confirmed this with his manager and the changes were approved over the phone! A few minutes later I received an electronic copy of my policy confirming the changes. Talk about speedy service! Gareth saved me R252 on my current premiums and combined with the monthly reduction in premiums (a standard feature of King Price vehicle insurance) I am pleased to be a King Price client. Well done to Gareth and the King Price team!

As a client of King Price I have had a very good history with them in terms of customer service, processing of claims and premium affordability. I definitely recommend King Price Insurance for excellent comprehensive vehicle insurance.
