Great Customer service, easy claims process and true to their word

Having been with King Price for about 3 years now, I am still amazed at how awesome they are. They truly deliver on their promises. I have had zero issues with claims, adding and removing cover, and any information I needed. But above all, they are the KINGS of customer service - I wish every company were this efficient, friendly and helpful. Customer service is key to me, you could have the best product/service at the best price but if your customer service is bad, I'm not interested.

My most recent interaction with Blessing Mfupi was such a treat - he was friendly, very very helpful and professional, and gave me some great advice. He certainly treated me like royalty and I am grateful. Keep up the great work champ!
