I had the best professional customer service from Mr Riando Hernandez. I was opting out of King Price but he was patient with me, took me through my cover schedule and explained that if I have issues with my cover I should always call them and see if there is anything they can fix. Indeed he reduced my premium and excess on my car and home comprehensive cover. Other insurance companies could not give me that peace of mind as well as value for money.
