Great Customer service by King Price Insurance

We are quick to berate poor service and slow to commend good. This happened in Dec 2016 to March 2017 during which I recieved excellent customer service from King Price insurance. My damaged car was assessed and claims approved in Dec of 2016, however because of the dec shutdown and a huge backlog only fixed in 2017. During this time I was updated constantly , and even got a call to assess my satisfaction with the job. Good on you King Price.
