Great Customer Service

After bad service from my previous car and household insurance provider, I reluctantly went about searching for a new car and household insurance which would provide me with an affordable premium and excellent service. Upon contacting King Price Insurance call centre, I was directed to a Mr Jason Baxter. Despite the tedious task of having to complete the questions required by the insurance company, I was pleasantly surprised by the premium and offer provided to me, which equated to a similar option, as I had with my previous insurer, with added benefits. Mr Baxter was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable on the subject and made me feel comfortable that I was making the right choice to move my insurance policy. After our discussion, I received an e-mail communication confirming my new policy on the same day, Friday, 8th May 2015.<br> <br> The excellent service received was most welcomed and I look forward to continuing to work with an insurance company who employs staff who are efficient, courteous and provide the best customer service to you.<br> <br> Well done to Mr Jason Baxter who provides great customer service for King Price Insurance!
