Great customer service

I received exceptional service from an employee named Rachna. I appreciate the fact that she explained the quoting system perfectly but also had a good general conversation in between whilst the information had to load. I am also in the sales and customer industry and I know how important it is to create a good relationship with your client. She was very helpful and explained the steps I need to take and went above and beyond with the quotes I had requested for. Definitely the best service I've had when speaking to my insurance company
