Great Customer Service

<p>My car was written off in an accident and I have been dealing with Lesego to get insurance for the new vehicle I will have to purchase. What a pleasure to deal with! Not only is she friendly, she is also patient, kind and gentle. She was more than willing to expalin everything to me in simple non insurance terms so that I could understand the situation exactly. She followed up everytime she said she would. She phoned exactly when she said she would. Extremely efficient and a pleasure, not 2 words I would normally put together in the same sentence when dealing with insurance. Thank you so much Lesego for making this so easy for me! </p>
