Great customer service
I requested a call back using the online self service portal on the King Price website and got a call within minutes. I was very lucky to be assisted by Eureka Monageng who was so helpful, friendly and patient while I searched my emails for the information she required. The changes were made to my policy without any hassles.
I have not had to claim yet, but judging by the customer service I experienced today, I am sure it would be a comforting process as long as I am helped by Eureka.
