Great Customer Experience!

I had another great experience today at King Price being assisted by Ally Malele. My cover requires that I submit my mileage on the last day of the month, however at the end of October I was out of town and my car was left behind at home. I couldn't send the mileage as a result... I discovered on the 9th November the premium debited was way high. Upon contacting King Price and when the first person couldn't help she put me through to Ally Malele. Ally explained the importance of submitting the mileage every month and he asked me to submit the mileage and he will have my complaint looked at, and he promised to get back to me the following day before 12h00. As promised Ally got back to me the following day 3 hour BEFORE 12h00, and he informed me that my matter was resolved and I will be refunded within 5 days.
