Great Client Care Consultant

I recently moved house and needed to update my home contents insurance policy. King Price provided me with exceptionally competitive premiums and insurance cover.

I'd also like to make a special mention of the client care consultant that assisted me - Maurice Valla.

He was very helpful: clear, concise, efficient and (most importantly for me), he was funny and seemed like a nice guy.

Insurance companies are mostly the same - we just usually look for best equilibrium between lowest premiums and best cover. Therefore, I think it's incredibly important to emphasise how important and valuable people like Maurice really are in creating that extra value that differentiates a customer experience by not only knowing what they're doing, but also showing some personality and creating a rapport with clients.
