I am so pleased to write this review about King Price and their staff. I needed to update the regular driver information on my policy. I emailed client service and I immediately received a call from a consultant. I needed to call in with additional information, which I did today. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Tristan, he was kind and professional and immediately assisted with my query. Due to the nature of my query, he referred my call to a Senior consultant, Mr Simon Scott. Simon contacted me and provided me all the information I needed to clarify my query. He professionally assisted me in getting my policy updated and by the end of the call, all my concerns were addressed and I felt assured and confident that I was insured with the right company, King Price.
