Great and effecient service

I am no longer a King Price client but had a problem from repairs done from a previous claim. I spoke to Sophie and she immediately connected me with the repairs company, she did research and collected all the relevant information timeously and kept me updated every step of the way, within a few days the matter was sorted out and handed over to Frikkie who followed up with me and booked my car for assessment and repairs, he also made sure I have a courtesy car for the duration of the time my car is away. Thank you for the great service received, especially considering I am no longer a client. I would recommend anybody to deal with the above mentioned individuals when they have a claim
