Got on a call, selected the claims department because I could find the department I was looking for on the IVR system (for the first time)
Got on a call, selected the claims department because I could find the department I was looking for on the IVR system (for the first time). Lol. Turned out to be just the right selection. Louis just made my day with the simplicity of query and it's resolution. Went the extra mile with his hospitality. He has an audible smile. Thanks Louis; please do keep up the excellent work.
