Got an increase - wasn’t happy, send an e-mail and had someone phoning me within minutes, reducing my premium so much that I have absolutely no desire to speak to any other Insurer
Got an increase - wasn’t happy, send an e-mail and had someone phoning me within minutes, reducing my premium so much that I have absolutely no desire to speak to any other Insurer. Great, professional service - thanks !
