Got an email that my premium will increase I’m pleased with the lady that assisted, she was able to decrease it for me
Got an email that my premium will increase I’m pleased with the lady that assisted, she was able to decrease it for me. I must say her explanation regarding my policy was very transparent and she has very good communication skills. I was a lil bit angry and she was able to calm me down. She deserves a raise
