Got a call from Melvin to do a routine check to see if my details are still correct and in order and, I have to say it was a great service call I had with him. The product knowledge and also ways on how I can maximize my plan really opened my eyes. He plugged me for sure. He was thorough and clear in his explanations and took his time in educating me on some of the things I didn't know about my own insurance.
