Goolam Vallee deserves a 5 star for his prompt and great customer service

After posting a bad review on the 29/10/2024 regarding the services I received from one of kind price assessors his manager Goolam Vallee immediately made contact with me to try and sort this matter out. I explained to him what happened and he immediately made arrangements to have my car collected and checked out to my satisfactory to make sure if the issue that I was facing was indeed caused by the accident or if it was a wear and tear as i only had my car back for 5 days from being repaired from the accident. He definitely gave me peace of mind and updated me on every process and progress of the assessment. Thank you Goolam for your prompt and 5 star customer services i received from you.
