Good telephonic service let down by online service.

Awesome assistance from Sr sales agent, Kirsten Jackson. 4 stars only because online inspection on app gets a fail. Inspection freezes on uploading last pic. Very frustrating. After several calls problem remains. Then have to drive uninsured vehicle all the way to inspection centre.
