I would like to withdraw my complain I made regarding Samantha Harvery to be quite honest she’s been helpful the whole time , yes when I wrote a review I was really fruastrated because the claim process was slow and I am without the car and things have been difficult . I would like to say to Samantha Harvery I am very sorry that I did take my frustration out on her it’s not her fault that the process is slow it’s really nothing personal , I know she’s such an amazing human being and gave me a nice service the whole time , I am happy that my claim has been approved and will be finalised .
