Good service at a most traumatic time

I want to thank Unathi Mnqojana from the bottom of my heart for his excellent way of handling my claim in September 2021. He was always in contact with me keeping me updated about the proceedings. Within a month my claim was finalized. Yes no actual payment has been made to my bank and I am still waiting to hear about my extras and jumpers but I am most hopeful and trusting this will be sorted out very soon as he promised to make a follow up. He has been the best agent of the September month to me considering the fact that I am still waiting for finalization of June and July incidents and has never heard from the person managing them except only on that they are authorised. Clients appreciate to be kept updated about the proceedings on their incidents as this is less stressful no matter what news are. Please keep this up Unathi and do it to all your clients everytime.
