They had to reassess my profile, which led to the adjustment of my premium to a higher amount. I then requested to be contacted as I could not afford the new premium due to the negative impact of covid-19 on my income. I spoke Mxolisi Mdunyelwa who was so friendly and understanding, I received a discount to a premium I can afford. Thank you Mxolisi for treating me like royalty
