Good service

Just would like to compliment Lucian Reddy on a very good service this morning, he took the time and patience with me, Unlike some of his colleagues that said that they would see to my situation but never called back? Mr Reddy was cosiderate ,patient,informative and had some compassion for my situation I'm currently facing ,I would really like to commend him on the good advice he gave me and as soon as my situation improves he's going to be the first person I'm going to call, thank you again for wonderful service God bless.
