So about a year back I wanted to use king price towing service but due to the consultant being super unhelpful we spent the night next to the road. I swore to myself we were done with King price that day. I got phoned by some people to apologize but I still wanted another insurance seeing that the whole experience should have never happened like that and we life in dangerous times. But life did happen and I never got the time to properly look for a new insurer so when I lost my wedding RIng in late April I dreaded the call because I really thought "here we go again" but to my surprise everything was so easy and hassle free. I told them what happened, they kept me up to date with how far the process was. If I had questions I phoned in and they explained it to me. My claim was authorized in less than 10 working days and also paid out in less than the 4 working days the payment should take. You're customer service has really improved so much as well as communication. Although I am sad about my ring I am pleased to say that this whole experience with the claim was pleasant. Thank you!
