Recently not received good service from the claims department at King Price and therefore decided to cancel my insurance for my current household and not proceed further with King Price on my new car. <br> Until I received a call from Kamalan Padayachy (King Price) yesterday who took the interest in understanding what were the issues experienced and re-assurred me that this would not happen again. <br> Took the time and effort to explain the different options. In addition matched my previous offers and gave me a better premium than quoted with other insurances. He was friendly, willing to assist and very helpful thus restored my faith back in King Price. <br> I am once again a happy King Price customer.
