I saw a KP on a car and I called 1.Response was quick. 2.Tge information given is understandable 3.Body language on the phone is 55percent and 7percent words.They have excellent body language. 4.Although I declined at first because I was scouting around and I read 2 negative reviews 5.They continuously called and I like the caption. We are sorry to lose you but if you need us please give us a call Which I did Excellent understanding and very pleasant tone. Options were given and the claim process was highlighted.
