Good insurance, horrible experience with claim
I am very happy with the products that you supply the service that you supply. However, I am so disappointed in the way that you have handled my vehicle accident claim. Every time someone calls me it is regarding getting insurance. I HAVE INSURANCE WITH YOU. I want to finish my ****** claim... good grief, how can it be this difficult to get a vehicle accident claim completed.

You are correct, claims were in contact with me. It took them about a week to get back to me. Still waiting for them to repair the vehicle but I guess that is how it goes.
