Good engagement with Steven Dire
I bought a bicycle through CycleLab which came with 30 days free insurance cover through King Price. After activating the SMS link, I received a call from Steven Dire within a few minutes to put the cover in place. Steven was extremely friendly, articulate and engaging, and also provided me with an estimate for full time cover at my request. A pleasure to deal with a consultant who did not come across as though he was reciting a script.
