A bitter sweet event, call in early morning to insure my new vehicle, the that spoke to me wasn't very accommodating, called in again lady by the name of Xoliswa Msimango, really pleasant, explained everything, was very clear , just your perfect call centre agent , no hassles and everything was sorted out.
