Good customer skill
Lesego Phatshwane is a star, I applaud her for keeping up with my tantrums while on the call with her.
It was not an easy call, lost my temper and she was still in control of the situation throughout. In the end it all worked out well.
Humble apologies and well done for been in control and making me smile ☺ again.
