Good customer service received

Recently I had to make minor changes to my husband's policies as he is not always freely available to do so. I got to spoke to Melissa Stadler and what a pleasure that was! Her service was fast and efficient. She informed me of information that was missing on our policy so it could be fixed. When my English "ran out" she still assisted. This was indeed excellent service from her.
